These condos are set up for easy living in downtown St. Pete with loft-like 10-foot high ceilings and open floor plans. The laundry room makes it even more appealing and it means grown-up schedules can be maintained, or at least busy schedules can be managed. Residents can park on the street or in the parking garage across the street, so one more problem solved.
Two blocks from the waterfront, and more importantly, ceviche tapas, this condo is in the ultimate walking paradise. Many dining establishments surround the area for non-cooking nights, or whole months, and the St. Petersburg Saturday Morning Market is about two blocks away in a park on the water. Fresh produce is important because some of it can be eaten raw, to reassure the non-cookers.
The St. Petersburg Yacht Club is a block north of the market, so get to know a yacht owner and live the high life. About three or four blocks south of the market is the Dali Museum. Just think how great that would be after a couple of margaritas, or sober even. Actually, seeing Dali is not unlike having a pitcher of margaritas.
Anyway, the condo is totally renovated and updated for comfort. A two-bed, two-bath condo is convenient for a couple and their guests. Nice wood floors, exposed brick walls and bright light make each condo a happy place, but the light can be moderated with window coverings for lovers of dimmer, turned down serenity.
The outside of the building is a dark coral color which just screams, "beach," and that's what most of us want to think about. The lobby and hallways are tasteful and calm, no doubt leading to a state of relaxation. Each condo can carry on with that theme, or not.
Location is good, being 20 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes to the beaches on the Gulf from the condo. In the neighborhood, residents can walk to grocery stores, movies, shopping and parks and avoid the hassle of driving and parking. The Tampa Bay Rowdies soccer stadium is also within walking distance. One block from Beach Drive makes it easy to drive when necessary. Face facts, it may be necessary.
